technology support to the Defense Combating Terrorism Center (DCTC). DCTC is

of our Google Search Appliance deployment project. I was responsible
for the overall execution of the project including technical management,

engineers and developers to resolve complex ICDL message trafficking issues

OCONUS locations which provided the capability to crawl and index theater
deployed locations and make that data available to CONUS intelligence
sources. The project was completed on time and under budget · Negotiated and managed a
follow-on contract to provide client operations and maintenance support for
the deployed Google Appliances generating an additional $300,000 in revenue · Streamlined and modified
installation procedures and configuration scripts reducing ICDL system

Integration Team Manager I was promoted to Principal
Systems Engineer. After the launch of the DoD Intelligence Information
System (DoDIIS) Portal, I assumed the role of technical lead for the MDDS and
ICDL projects. MDDS provides a federated cross domain search solution
incorporating several intelligence community data searches into a single
source, while ICDL is a centralized, searchable,
repository for different types of messaging traffic. As the technical lead, I
was responsible for ensuring SCRUM sprint tasks were completed on-time, resolving project
technical issues, reporting task progress, and providing technical
guidance and leadership to the team. In June of 2011, I assumed the
supervisory responsibility for a ten person, highly skilled, systems
integration team responsible for the integration and systems engineering
support for several other IT projects. As their supervisor, I was
responsible for overall team success, performance evaluations, staff
planning, conflict resolution, and resource scheduling. Additionally, I was
frequently requested by senior leadership to provide technical assistance on
